Manager Hierarchy in Smart Org (Net Change Operation)
Summary
Need to understand what to put into the manager field for the top level manager (CEO/President) when using the net change operation.Content
Hello all,
I am currently developing an integration using the "Net change operation" for the employee entity. The integration populates the employee section of a user's smart org account. Within the employee section, we are populating Employee's manager, organization, location, etc. etc.
Whenever I run the computation file, the pre-process step is throwing an error in regards to the top level employee (CEO/President). Within his record, I am not identifying a manager because he doesn't report into anyone. Is there a specific value we need to populate for that column.
