Not able to search direct reports for a Leader in Search for My Organization Performance Documents U

Not able to search direct reports for a Leader in Search for My Organization Performance Documents UI.Content
A leader has 10 direct reports but we are only able to search two direct reports in Search for My Organization Performance document UI.However when we go in as a Leader under manager Evaluation we can see all the direct reports has Reviews.
This is impacting us because talent Admins are not able to view the Reviews for his direct reports.
not sure why we are not able to search these employees
