Hi

My client needs a alternative approval process in place for those workers whose managers belong to the same bargaining unit as the worker. In a situation where the worker and the manager are from the same bargaining unit, the evaluation for the worker should be done by Manager`s Manager.

This is public sector client and they have multiple bargaining units to whcih the employs belong. Is there anyone who has faced similar situation in their projects? please let me know what solution was provided for this approval process to be accomplished.
