Exporting transitions documents through TCC once a process is deleted

Hello,

We're considering setting up an automatic process to delete our old transition processes after a certain amount of time has elapsed. The transition documents are pulled manually and uploaded to a document retention software.  Our main concern of setting up this automatic deletion is if we need to reference a document in transitions because it wasn't uploaded to our retention software. 

I'd like to know if it is possible to access these documents through TCC once they've been deleted from the transitions module in Taleo.
