we are currently implementing Oracle Cloud's Performance and Succession/Talent management modules.
We are looking at the 'Goals Management' module as a way to handle our annual MIP process (management incentive plan). The objective would be to:
1. define MIP goals in this module (either from a library and/or add personal goals)
2. Have those goals validated / approved through the organizations hierarchy
3. Establish results on each of those goals
4. Have those results validated and approved through various levels of the hierarchy
5. Have those approved results flow through to the Compensation module for the bonus payout
