i created a report to count how many incidents Created, Edited, Solved by agent per day, as i need historical data i am using transactions table to get this detail. 

problem :

incident created by Service Mailbox or Ask a question is not created by any agent so it is not coming under sum(if(transactions.trans_type= 2 & transactions.tbl=1, 1)), is there any way i can add them in this column under 'No value'
