Unable to see reports and analytics and performance template on a Custom Role

Help with two issues with a custom role for talent management

Dear community;

I am creating a custom role for a specific profile of HR who only must have access to talent management, that should include:

• Performance (even eligibility profiles, sections, flows, performance templates...).
• Performance Goals
• Reports and Analytics (OTBI / Business Intelligence).

 

Sadly, even when I configure all this roles and privileges that I attached in this thread, I can't see the "reports and analysis" button on navigator or springboard, and neither can see "manage performance template".

 

Anybody can help me to see "manage performance template" under "performance" section and "reports and analysis" on the springboard and navigator?
