Employee as one of the approver in Performance document

Hi Team,
Please let me know if there is an option to achieve this:
- Employee needs to be added in the approval path of performance management. How to achieve this in “Manage Approval rules for Human Capital Management”. Currently, we have the provision to add:
Start with: Employee
Number of Levels: 2
Top approver: Manager's Manager
It generally means 2 levels of approval.
In this section, is there any attribute as such to achieve the below option:
Employee must have the option to disagree the ratings provided by Manager through the approval notification.
