Create performance document in Manage Eligibility Batch process

Hello All,

In R18C, we have an option to create performance document when the eligibility batch process is run. I understand that selecting this option as Yes will create PD to employee and not just assign it, thereby removing one additional step for the employee.

Can anyone help me understand if there are any advantage in selecting the create PD option as No or is there any situation where it is advisable to select create PD as No.
