i want to check what was the URL of the page from where chat was initiated

I have multiple instances of syndicated proactive chat and syndicated conditional chat on webpages and i would like to track the amount of chats we have coming in from which URL. These URL's are custhelp.com and non custhelp pages,
i have created a report which match the number of chats requested by day however many chats are coming under no Value as URL, i am not sure if i made a correct report or not, as per my understanding each chat will have an URL from where it was initiated.
