Report to track requisiton activity by user

I am looking to track the activity of specific people on requisitions

I tried creating a report using the Requisition Tracking History fields. When I use the field "Requisition Tracking History"."Req. History Transaction By User" it lists everyone who has had activity on the req for every listed instance of activity. So the person who created the req and is listed on the req in the history section as creating it, would then be on the report for that and then every other activity that was performed on the req even if they did not perform the action. Is there a way to just get the name of the user who actually
