I am not using order type,giving the price which may not match the list price in price list,manual discount allowed flag is set up,when uploading getting the error No pricing strategy matrix was found for the transaction..

The sample uploaded file is as enclosed,what could be the issue ,we have the strategy and pricelist available for the item .
