hi All,

        We have a requirement to disable tip message appearing while the worker/manager is trying to rate goals in the performance document. When Employee tries to give ratings to his goals using a drop down ...just before making a selection a tip message appears "Worker Performance Rating". I want to rename it to " Worker Performance Assessment". Similarly when a manager tries to given ratings another tip appears. Can you please help me to change the tip message or disable the tip altogether.   please check the screenshot to understand which tip message I am referring to.
