Missing task to reopen worker self-evaluation

Manager used to be able to repoen worker self-evaluation task

Sometimes employees hit accidentally the "submit " button before they have finished their self-evaluation. In the past the manager could view the worker self-evaluation document and reopen the evaluation for the worker by clicking on a button that was on top of the performance document.

I miss this function now
