Create Eligible Performance Document during the eligibility batch process

Hi All
We are currently on 18C where there's a new feature to create eligible performance document during the eligibility batch process. In preparation for our end of year reviews I've decided to try it out. It has created the performance documents however it has assigned it to the Remuneration Manager (the line management used for our remuneration review) instead of the logical Line Manager. Now I have to go back and cancel/delete these documents and then re-create them through the old workaround of Monitor Missing Performance Documents which works fine assigning to the Line Manager.
Has anyone else experienced this problem when using this new feature?
