Different KPIs to same Competency

Associate different KPIs to the same Competency

Content

Hi,

we are currently investigating what is the best approach to manage - in a performance document - the evaluation of a competency which has different KPIs based on the seniority of the rated person.

For Instance:

Competency "LEADERSHIP" has different KPIs (Targets) depending on whether the person assessed is a Junior or a Senior Employee.

How would you recommend to manage this circumstance in a performance document?

Didi you come across a similar scenario? Do you have any best practice to share.

Thank you for your insights

Luca
