Hi,
Our chat team want a report to see details of agent statuses/availability together with skills. They want to see this to manage when a skill is low (too many breaks etc) to make changes so it needs to be real-time.
I can't see any way to join the chat_agent_sessions_rt table to anything, especially not skills.... has anyone done this some other way?
