Don't see "Use Section weights in calculation" checkbox while creating Overall Summary section

Hi Experts,

For some strange reason while moving the code in UAT I am not seeing check box "Use section weights in calculation" for overall summary section. Both the instances are in same patch level. Can you think of something that will help in enabling this checkbox.
