Hi,

We are in REL 13 19 A.

After the Quarterly patch/19 A upgrade, we are facing an issue in Comments in the Performance document.

When we click on the comment box (Section comments/Item comments) in commitments/Goals tab, the comments box is not opening fully. 

It is not showing the full comment box. Able to enter the comments without any issues.

Is there any changes done as part of 19 A upgrade? Does anyone faced this issue?
Please let us know, how to resolve the issue.
