With the expectation that it helps provide customers some insight to write reports for approval data, I thought I would document a couple of tips on where approval related details are located. Note that these are very specific details catering to use case scenarios that we culled out from recent forum posts.

Business Problem:

The customer wanted to a custom report in OTBI to show action / document history for Requisitions. We display a column entitled 'Additional Information' in the View Document History page (see screenshot attached below). The customer wanted to know if that information was available and if so, where.
