Perform Talent Review before Performance Document is completed

Hi,
we are currently investigating whether it is possible to perform a Talent Review (and the associated calibration of the performance evaluation) after the performance assessment has been submitted by the manager, but before the performance document is ultimately completed [status is still open: i.e. additional tasks (for instance: employee final feedback) still need to be performed)].
By leaving the performance document still open, the HR and manager - ideally - would be able to review the calibrated rating, and move on to the acknowledgment step.
Our goal is to make sure that the acknowledgemnt step of the employee is made upon the calibrated score.
