Fetch users who have access to particular application in combo-box

Summary

Need to fetch the user names who have access to that particular application and show them in dropdown

Content

I want to show the user names who have access to my application in dropdown.

Also, when the current user name matches to one of the name in dropdown, the dropdown place holder value should be prepopulated with the current user name.
