New UX - Managers Adding Performance Goals to multiple Employees
Summary
New UX - Managers Adding Performance Goals to multiple EmployeesContent
Hi,
In the new Performance Overview page Managers can add a Performance Goal to multiple Employees; and on the page they create the goal there is a field called 'Include myself' which is ticked. What is this field designed to do? I thought it would create the new Performance Goal on the managers record but it doesn't. I've read the What's New Oracle documents and can't find a reference to the field.
I've uploaded a screen shot of the page.
Regards,
Karen Waddell
