Hi,

i am working to get all the pages from where Chat Initiated, we are using Conditional Chat and Proactive Chat both.

Columns are required :

URL from where chat Initiated

How many time chat went Active

How many times Clicked

i did check Report ID 3058 but i think it is displaying stats of chat which implimented into Customer Portal
