Onboarding Tasks with Accepting Job Offer

Hello,

We are looking for the capability in ORC to initiate on-boarding tasks automatically when the candidate accepts job offer. We have the option currently with Move to HR Action. 

But if we have any on-boarding tasks that needs to be initiated immediately after the job offer is being accepted, like order for IT kit, Arranging BNV etc which has to be done well before a candidate joins the organization, we don't have any action in ORC to take care of such needs. 

Move to HR will be ideal if we can wait till couple of days before a candidate joins and when we do that action, in addition to on-boarding tasks getting initiated, we also get the person records created with person number.
