Hi Experts,

I need help in understanding the reports generated from OSvC. I made a report (Status Report)  I just want to understand why is that the percentage of the report is not a total of 100%? I have filtered it to exactly one month and I am generating a report that will contain the total number of all the service requested created for that month by each status and then show which Status has the most service request by percentage and to my surprise it did not total to a 100%? Can someone enlighten me? Attached is the screenshot of the report
