Taleo OBIEE - Filter Step/Status Comment Column

Would like to filter comment returned in a report without limiting the candidates returned.

Hello,

I am new to OBIEE. We have an existing report that one campus has requested include the Step/Status Comments. They only need certain comments. I have successfully added a column including the comments however it returns every comment made, at every step/status, on every candidate. This could get quite messy particularly with requisitions having large applicant pools. If I select the filter tool from the column drop down I am able to limit the comments but it also limits the candidates returned to only those where the comments fit the filter. The campus needs to see all candidates for a given requisition but we only
