Participant Feedback Notification Link not working

Hello Members,

We have an issue here with our Participant Feedback Notification. The link on the Notification for Participant Feedback Requests is not working. Whenever the participant is clicking on the link of Feedback Notification received, they are getting a blank screen opened. This is happening with link in both the Bell Notification as well as the Email Notification.

Has anyone come across with this issue yet? Or can anyone point out to any solution for this?

Note: we are on 19A of R13.
