How to make a report on the configbase_values table

Hi All,

I recently started working on existing site, before starting this i would like to understand their current configuration settings, i can see there is configbase_values table which has all the required information, however this table is not available in Analytics (report explorer).

would it possible if someone can help me on this, required columns are :

Interface

Configuration Setting Key

Key Description

Default Value

Custom Value
