The performance document shows in the worker's work area, even when we do not want it to

We have decided to use Anytime Documents to capture the Disciplinary Action process. Basically, once the process is initiated, the manager creates the document, but the employee cannot see any details until it is shared with them.

As a part of our disciplinary action process, we would like the manager to confer with their HR representative before sharing the document with the employee. We have accomplished this by using the approval step as a conduit for their conversation. However, unfortunately once the document is created, it appears in the employee's performance work area. I have manage to restrict access so they can't actually see any of the details in the document before it is shared with them, but they can still see that the document exists.

Howdy, Stranger!
