Overall summary section issue

Hi ,

For our client , the requirement is employee should not be able to rate himself in  overall summary section, we have configured the template in such a way that , overall summary section is only visible to Managers and not for employees, now once the performance evaluation is completed, employee does not get to know the manager's rating since he does not have the access to it, how can employee will get to know his completed performance document with all the sections and ratings/comments, is it always the case that for each template section , employee should also rate and
