We are currently live in our performance evaluation cycle. We completed employee self-evaluation in two weeks and Manager evaluation will end tomorrow. Now we have the following two requirements.

1. Lock Employee self-assessment task. -Employee should not be allowed to evaluate any further.

2. Manager self-assessment task -Managers should not be allowed to return the form back to the employee.

Based on your experiences can you please suggest the best possible solution to achieve these tasks and whether product even supports this or not.
