Error in components in VBCS Version: 19.1.3

I was previously using VBCS instance with version 18.4.5 where I was able to install and use components like Export data. Currently I have created a new instance which is of version 19.1.3. I am not able to install component and I am getting the error (as in screenshot)

Kindly help to resolve it
