I want to draw your attention to the section entitled 'Features with Opt-in Expiration' in the What's New document recently published for Update 19B. (See attached screenshots).

For Self Service Procurement, the following feature has an Opt-in Expiry in Update 19B: Configure In-App Purchase Requisition Approval Notifications with Business Intelligence Publisher

What does this mean?

A. New Customers:

For any new instances (new customers getting on Update 19B), this means that all requisition approval notifications whether In-App or Email will use BI Publisher Template based infrastructure.
