Staff Account Login Report - Monthly totals

Hello - 

I'm having a hard time finding/creating a report that shows every staff account that logged in by month.  For example, I just want to be able to see all of the staff accounts that logged in in Jan, Feb, March ,etc.  I'm not concerned with the time of login or how many times in that month they logged in - just who logged in that month. 

Does anyone know how to do this?
