    How to load previous performance data to HCM using HDL?

    Description:

    we were using the performance management module of Oracle E-Business Suit to manage employees performance evaluation. We have a request from the management to load  four (4) years historical performance records to HCM to be used in Workforce Prediction.

    The records consist of Staff evaluated competencies, goals and recommendation.

    Use Case and Business Need:

    Load historical performance records to be used in workforce prediction menu

    Record to be loaded:

                        Staff competencies scores

                        Staff  goals scores
