Hi,

Does anybody know if it is possible to require either Employee Final Feedback or Manager Final Feedback comments if the manager rated the employee's Overall Performance as Improvement Needed (or any other rating in the rating scale)?  If the rating if Exceeds or Meets Expectations etc., then no comment is required.

I don't see any options in the process flow or templates that would allow such a configuration, but thought I would ask in this forum.

Any input would be helpful.
