We're going to be manually adding referrer information captured outside Taleo to a candidate submission via TCC.  We are adding referral information for candidates that have already applied to a req, but indicated that they were referred.  Using the "merge and refer application by candidate" operation, I've been able to update the candidate submission with the referrers information successfully.  However, I cannot find any way to also add the comment/text that the referrer may provide on the referral (similar to how a referrer can enter text in the "Information about referred person" text box if the referrer used the referral workflow for
