Good day, 

We have a summary report that we are trying to decipher.  It was created by someone who preceded me, so I am not sure.  I'm just looking for some clarification on two of the filter variables.  I'm wondering if "0 Months Exactly" and "0 Years Rounded" in natural language would both refer to "today" when our report is run. I'm including a screenshot.  Thank you!
