Loading Goals to Existing goal plans using HDL

Would like to assing goals to existing goal plans using HDL without assigning employee number or assignment number

Hi,

Is there any HDL template to assign the goals to existing goal plans without using the employee number or assignment number. I am able to do the same using UI (Manage goal plans). While doing it through UI , for the goal plan we provide all the required information like goal plan, document types to be included, goal name and eligibility profiles ( but not employee name or number).

We will then schedule the goal plans using 'Manage goal scheduled process' to publish the plan as per the eligibility profile attached to goal plan.
