Hi Dimple,
If you have compensation module you can generate a calibration process in compensation and you can give access to this to the line managers. Here the managers will be able to see all their direct and indirect report's rating distribution.
Or
You can go with OTBI reports

Hi,
We want to see in Performance section only and not the compensation section .
All the line managers have My organization tab in Performance section and in there , there is a section as rating distribution. But there also, rating of indirect reports is not showing for managers up to 2 levels.

Hi Dimple,
As Nivya suggested, running an OTBI analytic is your best way to see this data before it is completed. As you have seen, when you look in performance, at the my organization tab, the analytics are looking for completed performance documents. Those analytics are editable in OTBI. I have not tested this myself, but you should be able to modify the analytic criteria and logic to pull ratings while the documents are in progress.

All you don't need to subscribe to Compensation module to use the Calibration for performance. I have checked and in the rating distribution graph, any senior/top manager can see the ratings given to all the direct and indirect reports in his hierarchy only when the manager evaluation task has been completed.

Good to know this feature in Performance module.
In our project, we handled this in calibration. Whereas, in your case, opting for an OTBI is also a better option as David shared.0
