Approvals Triage: Why the Email Approval Notification is sent with no details

User gets a notification via Email to approve a requisition but the body of the email has no content

This is one more in the series of articles we provide you with on triaging approvals related issues.


The customer in this case logged an issue stating that the Email notification received by an approver was 'empty'. That is to say, the body of the email did not display any details about the requisition. Instead it displayed a message: The task details are not available at this time. Login to Workspace application to view the details
