Hi,

We current have a feedback process available for employees or for managers (for their directs) to gather general development feedback from colleagues or peers that employee works with more frequently. I wondering if anyone has successfully launched a 360 feedback process where in a 360 feedback document can be launched to gather feedback from employee’s colleagues, direct reports, direct manager as well as a self-evaluation by the employee themselves. Will initially manage this for people leaders.
