For quite a long time now, employees have been able to manage/report tobacco usage for their contacts/dependents. I still have yet to see where they can manage their own. I haven't been able to find a good way to solve for this issue to date. Any solution seems to point to DFFs and either user-defined criteria or fast formulas. Since this is outside the typical enrollment flow, it leads to poorer employee experience and lower incidence of self-reporting. How have others enabled employees to maintain this data. Any feedback from Oracle on when this feature will be available?
