Export Planning data into Flat/CSV from Export

We are Working on solution where Demand Planning Remains in Cloud whereas Supply Planning Sits in On-Premise(Intial Phase).

Do we have any standard Job to Export data to CSV or txt files, I find only BI Publisher Reports which comes as Output. Is there any whitepaper or process flow to handle outbound from Cloud to On-premise without PAAS.
