A best practice question...
We've wrapped up our first Performance Review cycle on HCM, coming from paper/word documents. I'm curious what most are doing - we leverage documents of record for other documents that we want to retain as a part of the employee's "file"/what we'd produce for a request from our legal department for an entire employee file.
Are you leaving the review documents as complete and print to pdf on an as needed basis or is anyone converting those to a pdf as a document of record?
