Hi Guys,

We have a below business requirement, can you please see and throw some light on how this can be achieved. ( Here we can not use Participants as they have to complete the evaluation before Manager completes.).

In the performance evaluation,

1) Worker completes the evaluation

2) Manager completes the evaluation.

3) Manager shares the performance documents.

4) Employee Review and if he doesn't agree with the Manager rating, Performance document will go to L2 Manager to edit the ratings.

5)L2 Manager should have control on the document and he should edit the rating and again share the document with the Employee.
