Hi,

This is in ORC 19B

We would like to trigger few Custom Notification through Candidate Selection Process at certain phase and states.

So, I defined these custom notification under Recruiting Content Library > Create > Under Category > Automated Job Application Notification

These custom notification are all active.

I also defined these custom messages that are created at a few particular (desired) Phase and States.

Issue :

These custom notifications are not triggered when tested. 

When the candidate is moved to a particular phase or state (supposed to be triggering point). The messages are not triggered to the candidate.
