Create follow-up Appointment from Call Report

can a follow-up appointment be created from a call report?

When looking at an appointment, we have the ability to create call reports, follow-up appointments, and follow-up tasks.  When looking at a Call Report, the only option to us is "Delete Call Report". 

In App Composer, the Call Reports Action button only has "Delete Call Report" as an option.  For unscheduled customer call reports (phone calls, drop-in meetings, etc) that don't have a corresponding appointment, it would be nice to create a follow-up appointment or task directly from the call (so that account is carried forward without searching again).
