We have a requirement where we want to stop the performance process when it is being calibrated by Senior Leadership. We intend to have the following process flow, but have a hard stop at Calibration so that managers do not accidently share documents with workers before it has been calibrated.

  • Employee self evaluation
  • Manager Evaluation
  • First Approval
  • (Calibration)  ---- Calibration done offline or through Compensation
  • Manager Shares Document with Worker

Have anyone done anything around this ? Any thoughts/insights will be very helpful.
